Wild sourced off Fraser Island (known also by its Aboriginal name, K’gari), a World Heritage-listed sand island in Queensland, Australia.
Product Sustainability
Crabs are targeted using a non-invasive flat net called a dilly which results in zero bycatch and minimal impact to the ocean floor.

- Known in Australia as Spanner crab but more widely in the US as Kona crab (Ranina ranina) is found only in a few places worldwide.
- Beloved for its super sweet meat, Kona crab is a high-value yet cost-effective alternative to Dungeness for the premium food service and fine dining space.
- Specs include Whole Cooked and Raw Crab, and Cooked and Raw Crab Meat.
- Note that raw crab meat of any kind is rarely available with other species; this is a very special format.
- All cooked Fraser Isle crab meat is sous vide in the bag with only natural juices; no water or preservatives are added.
